The Information on This Site

The service descriptions, troubleshooting guides, comparison articles, and blog posts on this site are general information for homeowners. They are not a professional diagnosis of your specific plumbing system, and they aren't a substitute for having a licensed plumber look at the actual problem.

Do not attempt repairs beyond your ability. Plumbing work can involve gas lines, electrical connections, structural components, and code requirements. Some work legally requires a licensed contractor and a permit. If you're unsure, call us.

Estimates, Pricing, and Offers

Prices, promotions, and coupons shown on this site are subject to change and to availability. Nothing on this website is a binding quote.

An estimate becomes binding only when it is provided in writing, for your specific job, after we've evaluated the work, and accepted by you. Actual pricing depends on what we find on site: the condition of your system, access, parts required, permit requirements, and the scope of work you approve.

Offers cannot be combined unless we say so, apply to residential service unless stated otherwise, and must be mentioned when you book.

Requesting Service

After you pick a time in our online scheduler, we usually text you to confirm the details. Online or by phone, your appointment is booked once we confirm it with you.

Arrival windows are estimates. Emergency calls, traffic, and jobs that turn out to be larger than expected can affect timing, and we'll keep you posted when they do.

You agree that the information you give us is accurate. Online booking is for homeowners. Renters, property managers, and anyone booking for someone else should call us at 602-428-0776 instead. If you ask for work by phone, you confirm you own the property or are allowed to request work on it.

Text Messages

Our online scheduler has a checkbox on the screen where you enter your phone number. When you check it, you agree that we may text or call you at that number about your request, appointment updates, and notifications, including messages sent by an autodialer. You check the box the first time you book online. After that, you won't need to check it again. If you'd rather not check it, call us at 602-428-0776 instead. We answer 24/7. Workmanship and Warranties

Any warranty on work we perform is the warranty stated in your written invoice or service agreement for that job. Nothing on this website creates, extends, or modifies a warranty.

Manufacturer warranties on parts and equipment are provided by the manufacturer and are subject to their terms and registration requirements.

Your Use of the Site

You agree not to:

• Use the site for anything unlawful, or to submit false or fraudulent service requests
• Copy, scrape, or republish our content, photos, or page structure for a competing business
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site or to any system connected to it
• Interfere with the site's operation, introduce malicious code, or place an unreasonable load on our servers

Avoca provides the online scheduler on our site and handles the information you enter in it. If you have questions about a booking or what you entered, call us at 602-428-0776. Any financing is offered by a third-party lender and is subject to that lender's approval and terms, not ours.

Site Availability

We work to keep the site accurate and available, but we don't promise it will always be up to date, uninterrupted, or error-free. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of it at any time. Our service area is subject to change.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the website is limited to $100.

Again, this section is about the website. Claims relating to work we performed at your property are governed by your written service agreement and by Arizona law, including the protections available through the Arizona Registrar of Contractors.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, losses, and reasonable attorneys' fees arising out of your misuse of the site, your violation of these terms, or your violation of someone else's rights.

Governing Law and Disputes
