Emergencies
This website is not an emergency service. Do not use a web form to report an emergency — forms are not monitored continuously.
If you smell gas, suspect a gas leak, or have a fire, leave the building and call 911 and your gas utility. For flooding, sewage backup, or a burst line, shut off your water at the main and call us at 602-428-0776. We answer 24/7.
The Information on This Site
The service descriptions, troubleshooting guides, comparison articles, and blog posts on this site are general information for homeowners. They are not a professional diagnosis of your specific plumbing system, and they aren't a substitute for having a licensed plumber look at the actual problem.
Do not attempt repairs beyond your ability. Plumbing work can involve gas lines, electrical connections, structural components, and code requirements. Some work legally requires a licensed contractor and a permit. If you're unsure, call us.

Prices, promotions, and coupons shown on this site are subject to change and to availability. Nothing on this website is a binding quote.
An estimate becomes binding only when it is provided in writing, for your specific job, after we've evaluated the work, and accepted by you. Actual pricing depends on what we find on site — the condition of your system, access, parts required, permit requirements, and the scope of work you approve.
Offers cannot be combined unless we say so, apply to residential service unless stated otherwise, and must be mentioned when you book.
Requesting Service
Submitting a form or requesting an appointment through this site is a request, not a confirmed appointment. Your appointment is scheduled once we confirm it with you directly by phone, text, or email.
Arrival windows are estimates. Emergency calls, traffic, and jobs that turn out to be larger than expected can affect timing, and we'll keep you posted when they do.
You agree that the information you give us is accurate, and that you either own the property or are authorized to request work on it.

If you provide your phone number and consent on one of our forms, you agree that we may contact you by phone and text — including automated messages — about your estimate, appointment, and service. Workmanship and Warranties
Any warranty on work we perform is the warranty stated in your written invoice or service agreement for that job. Nothing on this website creates, extends, or modifies a warranty.
Manufacturer warranties on parts and equipment are provided by the manufacturer and are subject to their terms and registration requirements.

Governing Law and Disputes

Severability
If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect.
