I still pick up the phone.

Built on pride, not a franchise fee

Hi, I'm Brian McQuistion.

I got my start in this trade more than 20 years ago, and I've been a plumber here in the Valley ever since. One thing I learned early: nobody calls a plumber on their best day.

A burst pipe or a backed-up drain is stressful. You deserve someone who treats it that way.

So I put my own name on this company. It's on the truck. It's on the shirt. It's on every job we do. If something isn't right, you know whose name is on it.

I can't be at every job myself. So I train every tech who wears my name on their shirt. And I still pick up the phone.

Here's what that means when you call.

You get the price first. Every visit starts with a $59 diagnostic. It's the same at 2 PM or 2 AM, with no extra charge for nights, weekends or holidays. We find the problem and tell you the price. You say yes before we start.

We tell you what we find. Not just the thing you called about. If we see something else that could cause trouble, we'll tell you. What you do about it is up to you.

We talk plain English. No plumber-speak. If you want to know what we're doing and why, ask.

We clean up when we're done.

We stand behind drain work. If we can't clear your drain, the service is free.

A few more things. Someone answers our phone 24/7, and it's usually a real person. We handle most jobs the same day. We're licensed, bonded and insured. We cover 39 cities across the Valley, and more by request. For bigger jobs, financing is available for qualifying customers.

Most plumbing companies treat a service call like a sale. Get in, get out, get paid. I don't see it that way. You might need a plumber again in five years. When you do, I want you to call us without a second thought.

If something is leaking, dripping or backing up right now, call. We'll pick up.
