This policy explains what information Brian McQuistion Plumbing & Drain collects when you use callbriannow.com or contact us for service, how we use it, and what control you have over it. We've written it in plain English on purpose.
In this policy, "we," "us," and "our" mean Brian McQuistion Plumbing & Drain, an Arizona plumbing contractor, located at 4700 E Thomas Rd, Suite 204, Phoenix, AZ 85018.
Information We Collect
Information you give us
When you book online, call us, request an estimate, or apply for a job, we collect what you give us. That can include:
- Your name, phone number, and email address
- Your service address and details about the property
- A description of the plumbing or drain problem you need help with
- Whether you're the homeowner
- The day you pick for your appointment, and whether you want a morning or afternoon window
- Employment history and related details, if you apply for a job
If you book online, our scheduler asks whether your problem is plumbing or drain and whether you're the homeowner. It also asks for your phone number, service address, first and last name, email address, a description of the issue, the day you want, and a morning or afternoon window.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, we collect some technical information automatically when you visit:
- Pages you view, links you click, and how long you stay
- The website or search that sent you here
- Your device type, browser, operating system, and approximate location based on IP address
- Cookie and similar identifiers, subject to the choices described below
Avoca, Inc. provides our online scheduler, and it loads from Avoca's servers. When it loads, Avoca receives technical information, such as your IP address and device details. The scheduler also loads tools from other companies. We list them under "Cookies and Tracking" below.
Our homepage and our drain cleaning, plumbing repair, leak detection, toilet repair, and water heater pages show a map of our recent jobs. LocalOptics provides the map, and it loads from LocalOptics' servers. It also pulls in a map from Google Maps, plus fonts and icons from Font Awesome and Google Fonts. When the map loads, those companies receive technical information, such as your IP address and device details.
When we checked on October 21, 2026, the map set no cookies. Our cookie preferences don't control it. You can read LocalOptics' privacy policy and Google's privacy policy.
Information from other sources
If you leave a public review, interact with our social media pages, or contact us through a third-party platform, we may receive information from those services according to their own policies.
How We Use Your Information
We use what we collect to:
- Schedule, confirm, dispatch, and complete your service
- Contact you about an estimate, appointment, or job in progress
- Send service reminders and follow-ups
- Answer questions and handle warranty or service issues
- Process payments and keep business records
- Understand how the site is used so we can improve it
- Detect fraud, protect our systems, and comply with the law
Calls and Text Messages
Our online scheduler has a checkbox on the screen where you enter your phone number. When you check it, you agree that we may text or call you at that number about your request, appointment updates, and notifications, including messages sent by an autodialer.
Checking the box is optional. You can still book online without it. You can also call us at 602-428-0776 to book. We answer 24/7. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to any text to unsubscribe, or text HELP for help.
How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only in these situations:
- Service providers who work for us. We use providers for things like hosting, email and text delivery, payment processing, and website analytics.
- Our online scheduler. Avoca provides the online scheduler on our site and handles the information you enter in it. Bookings made there go directly into ServiceTitan, the software our office uses for scheduling and customer records. If you enter a phone number or address we already have on file, the scheduler may show the name, email, and address from that record, partly hidden, and ask you to confirm it. Each company has its own privacy policy: Avoca's and ServiceTitan's. If you have questions about what you entered, contact us using the information at the bottom of this page.
- Legal reasons. If we're required to by law, subpoena, or court order, or to protect our rights, our team, or the safety of others.
- Business transfer. If the business is sold or merged, customer records may transfer as part of that transaction.
Cookies and Tracking
Cookies are small files a website stores on your device. We group ours into three categories:
- Necessary: required for the site to work, including remembering your cookie choices for 90 days. These can't be turned off.
- Analytics: help us understand which pages people use, through Google Analytics.
- Marketing: let us measure advertising and show relevant ads on other sites, through Google Tag Manager and related Google advertising services.
If you're in the US, our own analytics cookies are on when you arrive, and so are our marketing cookies unless your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal. You can turn them off from the cookie banner, the Cookie Preferences link at the bottom of every page, or the button below. Outside the US, they stay off until you turn them on. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as a request to turn our marketing cookies off. You can change your mind at any time:
Tools the online scheduler loads
Our online scheduler runs in a frame from Avoca. That frame loads its own tools. Avoca sets them, not us, so our cookie preferences can't turn them off. They load even if you turn our cookies off.
These tools load only on pages that show the scheduler, like our contact page. Our homepage doesn't load them. When we checked on October 20, 2026, the scheduler loaded:
- Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager (Avoca's own, not ours)
- LinkedIn, which sets its own cookies
- Unify
- Calendly, which sets a cookie
- A script from LogRocket
Avoca's privacy policy is here. If you'd rather not load these tools, skip the scheduler and call us at 602-428-0776 to book.
You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some browsers send a "Do Not Track" signal. There is no common standard for those, so we don't respond to them. We do respond to Global Privacy Control. If your browser sends it, we treat it as a request to turn our marketing cookies off.
Your Choices
- Marketing email: click the unsubscribe link in any marketing email.
- Text messages: reply STOP.
- Cookies: use the Cookie Preferences link at the bottom of any page, or the button in the Cookies and Tracking section. It covers our own cookies, not the tools the online scheduler loads.
- Access, correction, or deletion: call or write to us using the contact information below and we'll respond as required by applicable law. We may need to verify who you are first, and we may keep records we're legally required to retain.
California Residents
If you live in California, you may have the right to request the categories and specific pieces of personal information we've collected about you, to request deletion, to request correction, and not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights. To make a request, use the contact information below.
How Long We Keep Information
We keep customer and job records for as long as we need them to service your account, honor warranties, resolve disputes, and meet tax, accounting, and contractor-licensing requirements. When we no longer need information, we delete it or remove what identifies you.
Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information, including encrypted connections on this website. No method of transmitting or storing data is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.
Children
This site is meant for adults. We don't knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we'll delete it.
Links to Other Sites
Our site links to services we don't control, like financing partners, review platforms, and social media. Their privacy practices are their own, and we'd encourage you to read their policies before giving them information.
Changes to This Policy
If we change this policy, we'll post the updated version here and change the "Last updated" date at the top. If the changes are significant, we'll make that clear on the site.
